Moonbeam's Story...
Moonbeam was found with her litter mates under a bush. They took care of each other out on the streets but are now ready to find their own homes. to grow old in. Moonbeam is a high energy cat that does well with other cats. She never stops moving and is quick to run to you when you walk in the door. She has a cute little meow that she uses often to let you know that she is there. She loves to head butt you and to give kisses. She is not to thrilled about being picked up, but will lay on your lap to receive pets. Her favorite pass time is to chase after any type of toy that is on the floor. She also enjoys laying in the window, on sunny and rainy days.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moonbeam, a Glen Mills Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Glen Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Glen Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glen Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glen Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glen Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
