Facts about Pookie

  • Breed: Poodle (Miniature)
  • Color: White
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Male
Pookie was rescued, along with his puppies and their mother from a home that could no longer care for them. They had been using him as a breeder dog for most of his life.
Since his rescue, he is enjoying being LOVED on and follows his foster mom around the house while PRANCING! He is small dog friendly and does okay with their friendly cat.
He is crate trained and potty trained.

He has been fully vetted and is healthy!! He does have some loss of vision, but will be seeing an eye specialist to see if we can correct that. He doesn't have any trouble moving around the house or finding the door so he can go potty.

He loves going on small walks around the block too!

Please give this fella a chance on a real, loving home! He has a lot of life left! He loves to cuddle.

Pookie is 13-14 yrs old per the vet and has been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped with a lifetime registration.
We do require vet references and a home visit.
Adoption fee for puppies under 1 yr old is $250 to cover the vetting costs. Seniors are only $150 and if they require meds, we will provide that.
