My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ginger and Layla, These sweet Chihuahua are both six years old they're both 4 pounds Layla being at the small end of 4 pounds and ginger being at the heavier end closer to five pounds. Ginger has been on a bit of a diet but has lost some weight since she got here. These sisters are a very bonded pair and will need to be kept together forever. They were rescued at the very last minute out of the "Euth room" scheduled to be put to sleep. We were so worried that they had already been put down. Imagine our excitement when the girl at the shelter calls and says that they went in and got them for us! These girls are some of the easiest foster dogs I've ever had. They're completely potty trained and crate trained although they don't really need to be in a crate, they do go in my open ones and sleep but I never close the door. They love love loved dog beds and pillows or anywhere comfy to sleep. Ginger likes to lay around and will find the softest place she can find to lay down. These two do everything together. They lay beside each other or on top of each other and love to lick one another. They love one another very much. They both have a very calm relaxing personality, Layla does like to go out and bark a bit but her voice is really soft and she has the cutest bark I've ever heard. But more than anything they want to be on your lap or next to you. They are not needy and they have each other but it would be really good if they could go to someone who is home a lot that has time to give them love. They also need a calm home so no small children. So if you have room in your home for these precious little girls please call their foster mom Chastity at 443-248-4740
