Zack's Story...
Drue, Zack, Oleta, and Shali are the four puppies in Rosalyn's litter. These little ones were born about 2/4/2015 and are growing like weeds. Dad might have been a bigger dog that mom, for these little ones seem to be getting big pretty quickly. At three weeks old, they weigh between 3.5 and 4.2 pounds with Drue being the biggest puppy. Zack weighed 4.0 pounds. There are two boys and two girls in this litter, and they are as cute as can be! Drue has more white than his siblings, who are mostly black. These are adorable babies who have not known neglect or cruelty, and they deserve forever homes with lots of love and great care where they can be safe and healthy. You might want to add one to your family!

Act quickly to adopt Zack. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zack, a Cottageville Standard Schnauzer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Standard Schnauzer for sale in Cottageville, or seeking a Standard Schnauzer puppy from a breeder in Cottageville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cottageville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cottageville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Standard Schnauzer breeders who help with Standard Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cottageville paves the way for another one to be saved.
