Jo Ellen's Story...
Jo Ellen is young and loves to play. She also loves to have her belly rubbed. This pretty girl is just 5 months old, so she needs someone to teach her and train her to get along and to be safe in this big world. She weighs 12.2 pounds now and will get some bigger as she gets older. But she isn't going to be a big dog. She has had a haircut that isn't professional, so a good grooming will add to her good looks. Jo Ellen would love a fenced yard and some kids or another dog to play ball or chase. Come meet Jo Ellen and see for yourself what a sweet dog she is!

Act quickly to adopt Jo Ellen. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jo Ellen, a Cottageville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Cottageville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Cottageville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cottageville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cottageville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cottageville paves the way for another one to be saved.
