MAGENTA's Story...
I was found with my two sisters on the side of the road in Mebane, NC. I am so lucky to be alive. My foster mama has been spoiling us and giving us all the love and care we need. I am looking for a forever home. I've been to the vet as of 7/5/15 and gotten my first kitten booster and been combo tested (negative). My spay and other vaccines and microchip will be covered by Sparkle Cat Rescue as part of my adoption fee of $75.

Please go to www.sparklecatrescue.org/adopt and complete an adoption application form if you are interested in meeting me. I will be attending future adoption fair events. I am currently in foster care and only an adoption application can guarantee a meet 'n' greet unless you come meet me at a fair.

LIKE our page on Facebook and see updates on me and other kitties looking for forever homes. Please consider donating to help with my vet care also! Sparkle Cat Rescue is 10)% volunteer, nonprofit and no paid employees! They are rescuing the forgotten felines like me (abandoned, neglected, homeless).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MAGENTA, a Burlington Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
