NERO arrived at the Harrison County Dog Pound after being found visiting different houses at Tappan Lake. NERO is around 6 years old and is a Smooth Collie mix. He is not neutered. NERO is quiet and friendly, and just wants to be loved. He loves to play with toys! ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED.
