Brandy's Story...
Well hello, what a pleasure it is to meet you. My name is Brandy and I am 5-6 year old female Great Pyrenees. This isn't my first time looking for a forever home, I have actually been looking several times. Lets start at the very beginning though shall we? When I was just a pup I had a home but I guess I wasn't good enough because I ended up in a shelter. There I was super lonely, I had no clue where I was and no one seemed to want me. There weren't many dogs there but that also meant that when the shelter got full some dogs started heading to the back door with no windows and I had a pretty good idea what happens when you go through that door. One day they came for me, and I was so scared I was still so young I wasn't ready to say goodbye but luckily I was wrong they got me and brought me through the front door where I started a brand new leash on life literally!! I went to a foster home where there were other dogs and they weren't locked up in kennels and we played and had a great time. I also met some awesome kids who soon became my best friend and then came the surprising part. I met a cat and it wasn't mean to me, we became really good friends so now any cat is a friend of mine and I will be a perfect lady with one! I also learned the concept of only going potty outside real quick. Soon I was adopted, and that was the best day ever. My family loves me so much and I have been with them for 4 years but sadly due to some unfortunate circumstances they can no longer keep me. When they told me it hurt so bad, but I know they did everything they could have, so now I am looking for a great home again. It seems I have really bad luck, I mean can I not have a forever home? Why do I keep losing them, it was great while it lasted and I will never forget them but could I finally find my forever family? I have been told I am just about the perfect dog and a total love-bug, I love to go on walks and will give you plenty of love and kisses but just give me the chance. Is it possible to finally find a home I get to keep, one I won't have to say goodbye too? If you are that home, who wants an amazingly sweet girl then please walk on over to… and fill out an adoption app. I cannot wait to meet you and I really hope that your Pyrtastic home will be my forever home!!
Love Brandy

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandy, a Kyle Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Kyle, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Kyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
