Hi, my name is Louie. I hail from downstate Illinois where I was an owner surrender because my family did not take very good care of me. Lucky for me, CDR found me in a shelter and brought me here to help find my new home. I had the good fortunate to be groomed by Anya at Doggy Has it in Elgin and am now a very handsome guy, if I say so myself! I only weigh about 14 pounds and appear to be between 3-4 years old.
My foster mom says I am a sweet little boy. I get along with the other little dogs. I seem to be good with children (but not interested in playing with them) and cats. I seem to be crate trained (even though I do not like being in it) and appear to be house broken. I am also very good on the leash. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my person. My foster mom says that I am going to be a great little friend for some nice family. Now I am waiting for them to contact CDR. Maybe you are that nice family?
