Sneakers's Story...
Meet Sneakers he is a 2-3 year old Lab/German Shepherd mix, Sneakers has had a tough life, he lived most of his life in a backyard, hardly any human contact, fed here and there, no shelter!! Sneakers was signed over, he had some behavior issues, so we signed him up for training!! He completed Basics in just 4 weeks, he currently is going to Intermediate classes!!! He is a sweet dog, that needs a strong handler, he is house and kennel trained, he does great with all other dogs, he is not good with cats!! He would do best in a home with older children (13+)!!! Sneakers adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella, he is also heartworm negative, and current on heartworm meditations!!! He also will have 12 weeks of training paid for by the rescue, he has already completed basics and currently enrolled in intermediate!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sneakers, a Cheney Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Cheney, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Cheney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cheney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cheney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cheney paves the way for another one to be saved.
