Kody's Story...
What a nice boy--he is and just needs a family the understands this special breed. Kody came to us, surrendered by the person that had gotten him. He turned out to be a little older than she wanted. We think Kody was used in a breeding facility, but has accepted us and is friendly to all. Kody is probably over 6 years of age, and will need some dental work to help him along. He would do best with a couple, or single person, because of his breed. He is loving, has a good disposition and just needs someone to give him the opportunity to make him part of their family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kody, a Walthill Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
