Sophie (Adult)'s Story...
Sophie (Sophia Lorraine) is a very sweet and loving tabby girl looking for a forever home. She was living in not so good conditions so her original owners reclaimed her but need to find her a new home as she doesn't get along with their other cats. Sophie wants to be the only kitty and receive all the love as she is 10 yrs. old. She was recently vetted and updated on shots, senior blood work done and normal. She is indoors only and eats Royal Canin Indoor Light 40 & Friskies Select Turkey w/Garden Greens Indoor Wet Food. She is allergic to all flea meds EXCEPT Revolution. She loves to play with her kitty fishing pole, drink fresh cold water and likes lots of love and affection. She comes with a good supply of food, litter box & bed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie (Adult), a Pineville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Pineville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Pineville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pineville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pineville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pineville paves the way for another one to be saved.
