Molly's Story...
Female, King Charles Chihuahua Mix
Age: Approx. 3
Size: Approx. 12 lbs

I am the softest and sweetest dog ever! I love to play but I am very chill and love to just walk around and explore. I like my dog friends but am pretty bossy so I prefer my people friends the most. I'm healthy and looking for a forever home! It would be so great to have a family to go on walks with. I don't need or want much besides love and a family.

I like most of the dogs at the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation is the product of abuse. I have been beaten and neglected by my former owner for some time. When I first came to the Foundation you couldn't even touch me. I was terrified, and scared not because I was in a new environment, but because I was so used to getting beaten and hit.

My whole life is different now. In time I have learned that no one will beat or hit me ever again. I am a very loving dog and seek attention. Actually I demand it. If you come to see me, I will walk up and sit right in your lap. I am great with children, with other dogs, and people. My picture doesn't do me justice - you have to see me in person to see how great of a dog I am.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Studio City King Charles Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a King Charles Spaniel for sale in Studio City, or seeking a King Charles Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
