Molly's Story...
Molly is a very mild mannered young dog. She is sweet and really just craves human
presence and attention. She doesn't have to be petted all the time but loves to be close to you. She would be an excellent friend for anyone. She does like kids and is fine with cats and mostly ignores them. She does like to walk on a leash and does well. She isn't much of an explorer and just likes to stay close to you.

Molly is approx., 1 years old, under 60 pounds, chocolate lab mix, fully vetted and heart worm negative.

To adopt Molly please go and fill out an adoption application. http://www.southernskiesrescue.org/adoption-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Franklin Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Franklin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Franklin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Franklin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Franklin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Franklin paves the way for another one to be saved.
