My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pita is a happy, sweet little lovebug! She is playful and full of personality! She loves people and will cuddle up right next to you! She also likes to swim! Pita was rescued from the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation. We don't know anything about her parents, so it is hard to place a breed on her. She seems like a shepherd mix, but with short hair and light coloring. She is currently about 8 months old and about 38 lbs. Pita is a really good puppy and she is going to be a great dog! She is good with other dogs and with children, and she is very smart. She is a little shy at first with new dogs and people, but warms up quickly. She hasn't been around cats, but she is gentle with smaller dogs and I can't see her having any issues with cats. She is good with other dogs and with children, and she is very smart. She is housebroken and crate-trained! Pita is a little shy at first with new dogs and people, but warms up quickly. She hasn't been around cats, but she is gentle with smaller dogs and I can't see her having any issues with cats. Pita needs to go to a home with at least one other dog and a yard - no apartments/condos for this girl please. Adoption fee for Pita is $200, and she is already spayed, microchipped, and has received her rabies and DAPP puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Pita, please email Delon.Washo@asu.edu or text your email address to 602-295-4518 and let us know that you are interested in filling out an application on Pita.

AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
