Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sara is a darling 8 month old pup! She is playful and full of personality! She loves people and will cuddle up right next to you! Sara would be a great buddy for another dog, or a great hiking buddy! Sara was rescued from the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation. We don't know anything about her parents, so it is hard to place a breed on her. She seems like a shepherd mix, but with short hair and coloring like a beagle. She is currently about 34 lbs and will probably be around 45lbs when full grown. Sara is a really good puppy and she is going to be a great dog! She is good with other dogs and with children, and she is very smart. She is housebroken and crate-trained! Sara is a little shy at first with new dogs and people, but warms up quickly. She hasn't been around cats, but she is gentle with smaller dogs and I can't see her having any issues with cats. Pita needs to go to a home with at least one other dog and a yard - no apartments/condos for this girl please. Adoption fee for Sara is $200, and she is already spayed, microchipped, and has received her rabies and DAPP puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Sara, please email Delon.Washo@asu.edu or text your email address to 602-295-4518 and let us know that you are interested in filling out an application on Sara.
AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
