My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hector has spent most of his life living in a hot garage with no air conditioning in the North Carolina heat. He’s been shot twice by an ugly neighbor. A friend who lived nearby alerted us. Long story short,we arranged to have him transported to Cleveland. He is a sweet 60 pound pit mix. He had 5 different transporters to get him to Cleveland and all said he was the best travel companion! He loves car rides, hopped in and out – was really into the whole transport thing! Hector is in a foster home and learning all about living in a house! Hector LOVES his foster sister Stella and crawls up on the couch to snuggle with her. He would benefit from having another dog to play with as he has lots of energy. Hector is a smart boy, listens very well and is eager to please! Hector is 3-4 years old, vaccinated and neutered. Hector is too active for a home with toddlers.

Adoption fee is $175.00. Adoption application, home visit and fenced yard required. Must live within 30 miles of Cleveland. Please email muttsinarutrescue@gmail.com if you are interested in Hector.
