Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Teddy is a very gentle and sensitive one-year-old, male Chow/Shepherd-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Teddy was found running stray in Chicago with a broken hip. He landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control. He’s since had surgery and physical therapy and he has healed so beautifully you would never even know he was ever injured.
Teddy loves everyone once he gets to know them. He can sniff out a dog-lover from a mile away! And, once he trusts you he is loving, sweet and full of kisses and tail wags.
Teddy loves the company of other dogs and appreciates the kindness of dog-lovers. He is housebroken, and crate-trained.
Teddy’s adoption fee of $250 benefits rescued pets. He is now healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-treated, and on monthly heartworm preventative. He is currently at a boarding center in Plano, Illinois.
