Say hello to Kermit. Kermit is a lovely black dachshund who is only 3 years old and about 17 pounds. Kermit had to have an emergency surgery for his IVDD (the surgery cost approximately $5,000). After his surgery, he healed remarkably fast and was up and walking in a matter of weeks! Kermit is full of personality and loves to play with toys. One of the sweetest and most loving of boys, he also likes to boss around his foster parents when he is ready for his meal. We have to be careful to make sure that his weight doesn't increase because that wouldn't help his back. His adoption fee is $300.
