I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Happy! That’s what I am since I got rescued! And, my rescuer even named me Felice cause I was just such a happy girl. Despite having a really tough time before , and going through a lot to get healthy, I’ve never lost my joy at being in a home where I’m loved and cared for. Now that I’m doing so much better, it’s time for me to start looking for my ‘last and forever’ home……maybe with you?
I’ll tell you a little about my former life, but it’s a sad story so I’ll keep it short. I was living in a place where there were lots and lots of other kitties, and we didn’t get enough food or get any care, so we had lots more kittens, and none of us were very healthy. I had to find whatever I could to eat, and the vet says it must not have been the right stuff because about half my teeth were broken off, and my whole mouth was infected really badly. It hurt so much, eating anything became very hard, and although I’m a full grown kitty I’m not very big because of that.
My foster mom took me to the vet and I had teeth pulled, and cleaned, antibiotics to clear up the infection, and now I feel so much better! Because of all the damage to my teeth, my tongue got raw and sore, and it has scar damage. And with missing teeth, it makes it hard for me to keep my tongue all the way in my mouth, so it usually sticks out a little. But I get along just fine! I’m a big fan of a famous kitty whose tongue also sticks out, so I don’t mind, if Lil Bub can pull it off, so can I! I’ll need dental appointments now and then to keep an eye on the teeth that I still have. I know that costs money but you won’t believe how much love I’ll give you in return. I’m probably the most loving, playful adult cat you’ll ever meet!
I am so happy at my second chance for a good life that I’m just as playful as a kitten, and I love, love, belly rubs, cuddles, and sleeping next to you. I get along with the other cats and the dog here, and older children who are gentle, I love them too!
I use my litter box perfectly, and I use my scratching post like a good girl. If you show me where yours is, I’ll be happy to use that one too. If you think you’d like to meet me, please contact KAR and let them know. My foster mom is Pat and she will be happy to have you come over for a meet and greet.
Her foster parents are Pat H. The adoption fee for Felice is $30. If more than one cat or kitten is adopted the adoption fees are discounted.
