I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
We just love this foxhound cross. He is so sweet and so much fun. He, along with Granny, were left chained outside on a property with 11 others and left to die. Thankfully the state trooper came in and sent them to the shelter and the owner was prosecuted. Other than being very underweight, he showed no signs of abuse. He is a young guy, we estimate to be just over a year. He loves all other dogs. All he wants to do is play, play, play and eat!. He is crate trained and should be as he will get into things when his foster parents are not around. He is takes treats gently and has no food guarding issues at all. He is quiet even when playing. He will whine if he has to go out and has never had an accident in the house. He is being fed three meals a day until he reaches is optimum weight. He should weigh around 45 lbs. He will sit and come on command. He is quite high energy so an active lifestyle would be best. Priority will be given to applicants who have a resident dog that also enjoys playing with dogs. He has learned to give kisses and loves to get hugs. A fully fenced property is mandatory for Simon as he is a hound and will follow his nose.
Simon is neutered, up to date with vaccines, including Bordetella and micro-chipped.
