Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This precious little girl looks like a fox terrier mix. She is approx 4-5 years old and 14 lbs..We think she was hit by a car and had to have an fho on one of her back legs. She may always have a slight limp but is using her leg more and more every day. She is a really sweet dog and tolerates other dogs, but would do better as an only dog. She likes all of the attention and wants to be just your lap dog. She is quite well leash and house trained and is doing really well in her foster home. She is well behaved and quiet and will make a great companion for someoneIf you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet of $110. We will go over all fees with you via email. Also, The state of MA does not allow adoptions of dogs that are heart worm positive. We are required to do a foster to adopt until the dog tests heart worm negative, usually in 4-6 months after treatment.
