Why Choose me?

When I first met Sophie, she was a little shy about leaving her kennel. Once she was leashed, however, she was ready to go for a walk. Sofie is a super sweet girl. She warmed up to me quickly and leaned against me as I petted her. She also likes other dogs and wanted to play with Cleo and Mikey when they entered adjoining pens. When another dog later entered an adjacent pen and barked at Sofie, she didn’t get upset and instead wagged her tail and play bowed to let him know she was friendly. I saw Sofie out with children later in the day, and she was gentle with them. Sofie is an owner surrender. Her former owner only had her for a few weeks before bringing her to the pound. She’s such a great dog and needs a loving, forever home.
