This happy face is full of love and is always smiling. Penelope was found as a stray and she was filthy dirty. Penelope seems to be non-reactive towards cats but would be best in a home without other dogs. She loves to lean on you for a good back rub and will certainly show her appreciation with a big smile. All animals at RCHS are up to date on vaccinations, tested for heart worm and treated if positive, dewormed, and spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months. If they are younger than 6 months, the adopter receives a voucher that is good at any vet and covers a portion of the procedure.
