Houdini's Story...
Houdini - DOB: May 20, 2015, male, still a little shy and hangs with Chester. He's coming out of his shell nicely and seems like he'll be a real cuddly guy. Houdini has the most exciting story out of the whole litter as he was presumed deceased after mama Molly was trapped on a Thursday around noon. Don't I get a phone call on the following Monday that he was spotted at the other end of the scrap yard! I booted over and after about an hour I located him in a PVC pipe. He's a real survivor managing on his own for 4 days without mama and being only 4 weeks old. He will be one special kitty for one lucky family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Houdini, a Burlington Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
