Half Pint's Story...
Hi! I’m Half Pint! I was rescued from a hoarding situation in North Carolina by the ASPCA. They entered me into their rehabilitation program for shy dogs, and I just graduated! Now I’m looking for my forever family. I am 3 years old, and I look like an Australian Shepherd (mix). I am still shy at first, but I can be fun, silly, and snuggly with my friends. I walk nicely on leash. I weigh 30 lbs.

I am striking with my one blue eye and big ears!

I really would like to go to a home with another dog that can show me the ropes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Half Pint, a Eatontown Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog for sale in Eatontown, or seeking a Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Eatontown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eatontown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eatontown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog breeders who help with Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eatontown paves the way for another one to be saved.
