My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COURTESY LISTING - Please contact. Leslie at LeslieNanaMoore@gmail.com. 804-994-3648 - voice or text Mei Mei (pronounced May May, Chinese for little sister) is an 8 year old, 13 pound, spayed female purebred Shih Tzu with a sweet, gentle personality. She barks only when the doorbell rings, and that is because she wants to greet whoever is at the door. She loves people, but she is afraid of large or aggressive dogs. She enjoys children, and will retrieve her squeeky toy chipmunk (Chippie). She does not require a great deal of exercise, but she enjoys short walks. She prefers to walk off lead and will come when called (when she finishes that one last sniff), but she will walk on a leash if you insist. She once stayed in a house with a cat, and they co-existed nicely. SHE DOES NOT SHED or activate pet-related allergies. I can put her on my lap when I am wearing black slacks and walk out the door later without having had to brush my slacks. We are looking for a home because we are finding the need to travel for family reasons, and the place we used to stay where we could have her with us is no longer available. She gladly sleeps in her crate at night, and when we are out of the house during the day, we confine her in the den with a baby gate. All of these things would be given to the new family if she is adopted. Please contact Leslie Contact at. LeslieNanaMoore@gmail.com. 804-994-3648 - voice or text. If interested.
