Aika's Story...
This is Aika, a 4 month old, super cute Husky Mix with a sweet personality. Full grown she won’t reach the size of a pure breed Husky, what makes her even more attractive.

Aika is a sweet little puppy, eager to learn everything a good dog should know. She is reserved at the beginning, but warms up very fast. Aika is playful, smart and loves giving kisses and full of puppy energy.

She is working on getting housebroken and doing great with it. Going for a walk is still very new for her. She is doing great with crate training and even sleeps the night through without crying or having accidents.

Aika would be great for people who include her in their activities, like going for walks, biking, jogging etc. She is doing great with kids, dogs and cats and would love to be a real family dog.

You can apply for Aika by emailing Aika is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and worm and heartworm prevention. She is fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aika, a Chattanooga Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Husky puppy from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
