This is Maxie, Maxie was pulled from animal control several years ago (2011) by Beagle Buddies and was adopted. He was returned recently and is now looking for his forever family. He is super sweet and would be about 12 or 13 now. He is neutered, up to date on shots, house trained, good with other dogs and cats. He does have some arthritis and will need pain medication from time to time. He is a well behaved guy and would love to by your buddy.
Note: He is being fostered with JoJo who was also adopted and returned to us by the same family. The were together several years in the former owners home so if you were looking for two dogs it would be great if they stayed together. Not required, but we wanted to mention it.
Please submit an online application form at http://www.beaglebuddies.org/AdoptionApplication.html. Submit the application form and if it looks like it could be a good fit, we will schedule a time to meet the pet. If interested in adopting we require a home visit and an adoption agreement with a fee. Beagle Buddies adoption fee is $200 for beagles older than 6 months and $225 for beagles 6 months or younger. Our senior beagles older than 6 years are $150. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, are up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records is provided upon adoption to set up a file at your vet. We supply collar, temporary ID tag until you can use till you get one, and leash. All beagles are micro-chipped as well.
