Sheila just arrived to CASA from another local shelter, where she arrived as a stray. We are happy to have this sweetie! Sheila is recovering from a skin issue and some hair loss, but she is sweet and a diamond in the rough. She loves car rides and curls up on the seat to enjoy the journey. She is a very friendly and easygoing pup.
