We are on a mission to find Berry a new home. She has been with us for a while now, as shelter life has certainly not been her cup of tea. She is a very beautiful girl, 7 years old, and gets so excited when a volunteer goes into her room to give her some attention. Sometimes she can get a little over-stimulated and will give you a little swat to stop (we always say cats can't talk so that is their way of giving us humans a message). Berry loves to be brushed with her long-handled brush and will even grab it to assist with the brushing. And does she like to play - there is no slowing this girl down when toys are headed her way. Berry is not fond of other cats at all so she needs to be the only princess, and an adult home would be best for her. We believe, once she finds that special family and settles in, her true affectionate nature will flourish - all she needs is a chance!!
