Glowing silvery white in the sunshine, lovely and lovable Lizzie is one contented little lady. Although blind, she has settled securely in her foster home, has “memorized” the lay of the land and follows her nose (since the nose knows) easily and without incident to her food and water or to simply stretch her legs. Good with other dogs and with children, she’s a proven people pooch who loves to be touched and petted, and when she’s excited, her bottom wags as happily as her tail does. She knows her name and responds when you speak to her, but for quieter times, she prefers her own small space in her own small bed. At potty time, always polite Lizzie always lets you know, and she can either be taken outside or to a puppy pad instead. Calm and gentle and oh-so-loving, Lizzie will make some loving family a most treasured companion, and if given the chance and the training, she would probably make an excellent therapy dog. Lizzie's adoption fee is $150.00.
