Cleopatra's Story...

Cleopatra is a beautiful black and white adult Springer Spaniel.   She was a stray from 600 Old Hwy 64 East in Clay County, NC, and was picked up with Julius who is thought to be her father.  On input on 7/10/15, Cleopatra weighed 42 lbs and was about 3 years old.  She has now been spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccines. Cleopatra is a pretty dog who is sweet, socialized with a good personality.  She will make a great family pet and/or a companion dog for a single person or a couple.  If you are interested in adopting Cleopatra, please email Davalee Hitchcock at davalee@fastmail.fm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleopatra, a Marble Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Springer Spaniel for sale in Marble, or seeking a Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Marble.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marble already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marble breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marble paves the way for another one to be saved.
