Chance and Reba are a funny, well-behaved five-year-old Shar Pei and Shar Pei-mix duo looking for a loving guardian – preferably together.

Chance and Reba are as different as two dogs can be, but they adore each other.

Reba is tall and slim, about 45 pounds, and runs like a greyhound. But she has the wrinkly face, triangle ears and skinny little tail of a Shar Pei. She knows the command sit and takes treats gently from your fingers. She’s also housebroken and crate-trained. While she adores Chance, she is sometimes selective of her other dog friends.

Chance is shorter and slightly heavier at 55 pounds. He is fluffy, plush and sweet and great with all people and all dogs – but not cats. He’s a gentle sweetheart who is housebroken and crate-trained. He loves his best friend Reba. He does have some vision and hearing issues and arthritis in his elbows.

These two would love to live out their days together with a loving family. They’d love a fenced yard so they can cuddle and play together. Their adoption fee as a pair of $350 benefits the rescued dogs of We Luv Paws. They are spayed/neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested, and on monthly heartworm preventative. They are currently at a boarding center in Plano, Illinois.
