Lucky-COMING SOON!!!'s Story...
Meet Lucky!! Lucky was found on a trail one evening in Pelham right before a big storm hit. After weeks of searching for his owners, no one came forward to claim this sweet puppy. He is neutered, UTD on shots, and learning basic commands. He is a chill puppy, especially for his age! He is about 1 years old and enjoys riding in the car. He is on the smaller side of a lab and would be the perfect indoor dog with playtime outside. He will be available for adoption after spending some time in our foster home (available for adoption: around August 5th)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky-COMING SOON!!!, a Birmingham Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Birmingham, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Birmingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Birmingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Birmingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Birmingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
