Scotty's Story...
Yes, he has the wire, no shed coat which looks black but has some brown underneath. He is so cute, running around the yard with his new friends and jumping for joy with those short legs. He is around 1 year old and 15 lbs. He came from the Carson shelter, poor boy had been brought in by his family who couldn't keep him. We are the lucky ones! We love these small terriers; warm heart and sturdy body.
