Hi ya, my name is Elyn. I'm told all the time that I am a gorgeous little girl. I was born around May 14, 2015. I am a sweet, cuddly kitten. I like playing with cat dancer toys and taking naps. I seem to get along well with older cats and kittens, and will seek you out for petting and attention. I was rescued along with my sister and cousins from a pile of bushes and a little cave where we had been living. I have now given up the outdoor life for good, and I'm ready to join your family! Adoption fee: $100. Adopt a pair: $150. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Saturday, August 8, 2015: Adoption Event at Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2015: August 8, August 9, August 22, September 12, September 26, October 3, October 17, November 7, November 21, December 5 and December 19.
Sunday, August 30, 2015: Adoption Event at PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills. From noon to 4 p.m. on the last Sunday of the month, come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2015: August 30, September 27, October 25, November 29 and December 27.
Adoption and Foster Care Application
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
