Angel's Story...
Hi- I'm Angel! I am very sweet and loving. My life started out pretty tough, I was abandoned when my family moved away and left me behind. I was trying my best to survive as an unspayed stray and kept having kittens. I was lonely, starving and dehydrated. I am so lucky to have been rescued (and so were my kittens!) by A4A. I am now spayed, vetted and ready for adoption. I do prefer a calm home. I love to snuggle, sit on your lap and be loved. I do prefer a home without small children (I get scared when I am chased). I have so much love to share...I am very friendly and sweet. Are you ready to come and meet me here at A4A? I hope to meet you soon. I have a lot of love to share and I'm very friendly! I am approx. 2 to 3 years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Xenia Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Xenia, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Xenia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Xenia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Xenia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Xenia paves the way for another one to be saved.
