Bunny's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bunny's Story...

Bunny was turned into the shelter after being found as a stray. We found her outside in one of the bunny hutches on a recent visit to the shelter. She's a tiny 2 year gal weighing in at 2 lbs 8 ounces, but can stand to gain a little weight. Bunny is very people and dog friendly. Ideally a home experienced in tiny breeds would be the best home for Bunny.

Bunny is 2 years old and just under 3 lbs. Her adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, registered microchip, vaccines up to date and deworming. Please complete our adoption application at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bunny, a Irvine Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
