Cindy was rescued from the animal shelter during the 4th of July holiday. She was very scared at the shelter, but with some patience and TLC she has blossomed into a happy little dog. She sleeps all night. She gets along with other small dogs. She plays with toys and plays chase with the other foster dogs. She is good on a leash.
