Meet Sugar the sweetest kitty ever! Originally thought to be feral, it became apparent she was just a lap-kitty fallen on hard times when she walked right up to a rescuer purring up a storm as if to say "Please help me find my forever home".

Sugar is so sweet and so calm , she purrs whenever a human friend enters the room! She loves gentle pets and would be best in a home without other cats or dogs. If you're looking for a friend who will keep you company on cozy nights in then Sugar is your cat!

Sugar is a completely healthy, vaccinated and fixed 4 year old cat. If you would like to meet Sugar and fall in love please email Belinda at belinda@cooperdooper.org

Thank you for thinking of a kitty in need - your support allows us to rescue the next abandoned sweetheart!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
