My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR WELCOMES WHITNEY INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Whitney and her sister Welsha are a bonded pair, These two are inseparable, IDGSR has taken in many pairs of German Shepherds and especially those young ones we felt we could separate them due to the difficulty in finding adopters who will adopt two dogs at the same time, many can and will do fine separated but as in some cases it will cause undue emotional distress and that is how we see it with Welsha and Whitney. These two truly need each other, Safe in a foster home, they have now relaxed, feel safe and their true colors are coming out, These girls were extremely neglected, had fly strikes all over their ears which were raw and bloody when found, 20lbs. underweight and fleas and ticks on them, Bathed and treated and cleaned up, spayed and getting some good supplements and nutrition, these girls are well on their way to good health. They are showing how happy they are and want to be, they are so sweet and loving and grateful for love and care. If you would like to adopt these girls, please copy and paste the application link below and fill out our application.
