Zoomed's Story...
Zoomed is a 3 mo old puppy girl who had suffered from an immune disorder called puppy strangles. She has been treated and cleared by doctors to go home! One of her pictures is earlier in her treatment and shows some hair loss and the other is after treatment and her hair is growing back in. This little girl has some serious personality and is super sweet and affectionate with her foster humans. She is very assertive and social and knows how to play with the big boys! She will likely be a smaller lab mix as an adult (maybe 40-50lbs full grown) as she is a bit smaller than an average lab puppy for her age. She is appropriately vetted and microchipped. Working on house manners and obedience skills, this little smarty will excel in training classes! If you are interested in adopting her, please complete an adoption application and request her in the notes section.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoomed, a Lewisville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lewisville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Lewisville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lewisville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lewisville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lewisville paves the way for another one to be saved.
