Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ella came to us from a shelter in Kentucky that our rescue has a longstanding relationship with. She is a petite little girl at 19 pounds. She is two years old.
She needs a little courting before she hops in your lap. Once she is there she is a snuggle bug and thinks she belongs there. She is drawn to women over men. She loves other dogs and is indifferent to cats. She is house broken with a dog door and fenced in yard. She doesn't bark but sings or bays (not loud) when you leave for a couple of minutes.
Ella still has puppy in her and can be quite mischievous and joyful. She makes us laugh with some of her antics. She got in the laundry and when I got home there were 3 pair of my son's underwear and a sock in the yard. Nothing was chewed up, just spread out and she was running with one in her mouth. She could benefit from some toys and some gentle redirecting when learning the rules of her home. She walks well on a leash and rode in the car fine.
Ella would do well with anyone that gave her some time to get some confidence and was gentle in their approach with her. I saw no issues with food, toys anything like that. She is a gentle little girl with a little spunk when she settles in. Great Dog!
