Buck's Story...
Our sweet boy Buck is a pretty easy going guy. He is on the quiet side and doesn't require a lot of activity. He enjoys his walks but if you are looking for a marathon runner keep looking. Buck likes nothing better then exploring the world around him at a slow pace taking it all in. Another thing high on this boys list is relaxing in a nice patch of grass watching the world go by. He can be a bit shy at first but give him a couple of minutes and he soon will be looking for cuddles and a nice lap to sit in. Buck has the cutest set of curls that some would die for and loves to be brushed.

Buck has started to come out of his shell and has a great personality. He is a gentle soul and is looking for that family that is going to love and cherish time with him. He has started to show a playful side so a family that is going to continue to help him learn the joy of toys is a plus. Buck enjoys the company of other canines so a family with another low key dog would be nice but not necessary. As long as he has your attention and love he is a happy boy. Could you be the family our boy is looking for? Check him out today - www.azrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Phoenix Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
