Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tug s an adorable Pug / Schnauzer mix. He is 5 years old and weighs about 25 pounds. He is pudgy and would be at his best weight at 18-20 lbs.
Tug is so sweet and wants a lap nap to complete his day. Tug does NOT SHED! He has the best little bubbly personality with people, other dogs and cats too! Tug would fit well in a house where is gets a lot of attention and can spend time with his person. Great on the least and great in the car too!
If you are interested in giving Tug a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly at 901-651-6322 or Angela at 203-909-8861.
Tug's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination and certificate of health.
Tug is fostered with a family in Tennessee. He will travel to his new home once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly trip to the Chicago / Milwaukee areas.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
