My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB June 15, 2012
Charlie is big and orange and purrs like a jet engine. He might not enjoy sitting on laps, but he won’t object to some snuggling in warm arms. He also enjoys playing fetch with anything round; toss a ball of paper and he will go after it as if it were made of the rarest of steak. He is also happy to chase down fuzzy mice, actual balls, and pretty much any airborne projectile that lands somewhere in a room he can access. In the truest sense of the word “fetch”, Charlie goes after these random objects and brings them back to you. And then meows to get your attention if you happen to be looking elsewhere.
Charlie’s not shy about telling you when he needs attention or when he’s feeling neglected. He’s a cat who knows what he needs, but also knows when his human needs love. He’s never far away, always ready to snuggle if anyone should need a warm cuddle from a big ginger. Given that Charlie is only two, he’s still got a playful streak, so those games of fetch are an important part of his day. He also enjoys string and other dangly things he can attack in midair.
Charlie’s not good with small children, but he gets along with older children and pretty much anyone else. Although he doesn’t live with other cats in his foster home, he might do well with a new playmate. He’s a laid-back cat looking for somewhere he can play lazy games of fetch for the rest of his days.
Charlie was adopted out from TCR, but he and his family's new baby didn't quite get alone, so he was brought back to the TCR family to find a new forever home.
Charlie is on a special urinary diet to keep him at his best. His food can be picked up at any vet.
