THE FIRST STEP IN THE PROCESS IS SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION EMBEDDED IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION IF YOU READ THROUGH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADOPT-A-PET APPLICATIONS. Please make sure you build in enough extra time when you go for walks from now on, because Effie is so friendly, she's going to want to introduce herself to everyone she sees! We can't be sure what her true mix is, but when you're this cute does it really matter?!?! It's so hard to believe Effie was picked up as a stray not only because she's so adorable, but because she is so sweet, extremely friendly and very affectionate!!! She smiles in the sweetest way and LOVES being held . . . but she's no couch potato! Effie is very bubbly, great with kids, and will do best in a home that understands that girls just want to have fun!! She loves playing with other dogs, she loves playing with toys, and she still gets her "puppy crazies" in the cutest way! She looks like she's a little more than a year old, she weighs just about 15 pounds and she's a very healthy girl. We've included a "Before" photo to show her scruffy look, but due to mattes in her hair, we felt she'd appreciate a summer cut (not sure she agrees yet!).
