THE FIRST STEP IN THE PROCESS IS SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION EMBEDDED IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION IF YOU READ THROUGH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADOPT-A-PET APPLICATIONS. WE CANNOT ANSWER EMAILS ASKING ABOUT A DOG'S AVAILABILITY. IF IT IS LISTED WITHOUT THE WORD "PENDING" IT MEANS IT IS AVAILABLE.

Wafer is tomboy of a litter of 4 puppies born to the sweetest momma dog ever. Though mom was only about 17 pounds full term, she managed to care for her babies with the protectiveness of a lion and the gentleness of a pussycat. All that gentleness instilled, her babies are ready to move on to families of their own. Foster mom writes this about Wafer:
"Wafer may be the baby but hands down the boss. She has lots of energy that she uses to play and wrestle the other dogs with. she is the wild child--needs help getting up the slide but sliding down is at the top of her list of fun things to do. She also, enjoys playing tug of war with her foster mom. She does have a serious side--likes being held and talked to and she will look at you like she understands. Excellent listener and only demands a rug or pillow to sleep on."
We only know that Wafer's mom was a small dog who seemed to have had 4 different boyfriends. Wafer looks like she could be part hound but we still think she'll be on the smaller side of medium fully grown. She was born on May 1st, she weighs about 7 pounds and she's a very healthy girl.
