Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Margaret! This girl's big, floppy ears and adorable stare will immediately win your heart. Margaret was dumped in a neighborhood (most likely after being bred multiple times) and fed by a stranger for almost a month before being brought to the shelter. She was still very skinny and in generally poor condition, but her love of people never waned. Since Margaret was so depressed at the shelter, she went to a foster home where she immediately perked up in the presence of a loving family! This girl loves the simple things in life, including eating, napping, and chewing on toys. Even though she was most likely an outside dog her whole life, she adapted well to be a member of the family and quickly picked up on house- and kennel-training. Margaret does enjoy stealing the blankets and pillows when you aren't watching, though, so watch out for this adorable little thief!
At around 4 years old, Margaret weighs in at around 45lbs, making her the ideal size for any family looking for a dog to hold down the couch! This girl gets along with absolutely everyone (dogs, cats, kids, you name it!), so a big family that could spend a lot of time with her would be ideal. If you need a carpool buddy, Margaret's the one for you. If you need a second shadow, this girl is there. Margaret is a true companion. Won't you be the family she deserves?
All Dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and given a physical by a veterinarian prior to adoption.
Margaret is currently in foster care so, if interested, please email us today!
